Return and Refund Policy
Important information
- You have 30 days to return your products
- Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days after approval
- No restocking fees are charged
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Product exchanges are possible depending on stock availability
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order until the moment it is shipped. Please send us an email at info@clarimora.com and include your order number. If your package has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel your order immediately. If your order is already on its way, the standard return policy will apply.
How to Return or Exchange a Product
You have the right to return or request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.
Please make sure the following conditions are met before returning an item:
- The product has not been worn or washed
- All original tags are intact
- Ideally, the product is returned in its original packaging
In other words – you may try the item on, but please do not wear it repeatedly before returning it.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned package (please use a tracked shipping method and notify us), we will inspect the condition of the items.
If everything is in order, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after approval.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you have received a damaged item or a product different from what you ordered (e.g. wrong size or colour), please contact us immediately.
Please send a photo of the product, include your order number, and a short explanation to info@clarimora.com. In most cases, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
